Services - Database Cleansing & SMS

Because NQuire has a direct link into the networks of the mobile operators it can easily validate mobile telephone numbers from the majority of the worlds mobile network operators and provide this as a multi-faceted mobile number look-up service to its customers. This is made possible because within the core of each mobile network there is information on mobile telephone numbers that enables the mobile operators and their partners to successfully route calls to and from the handset. Currently the information available to NQuire and of value to its customers is:

• Whether or not a number is barred by the network
• Whether a number has been ported to another network and the network identity
• Whether the number is dead or alive
• Whether the number is valid

NQuire can supply all of this information as a value added service globally due to international roaming agreements. To enable ease of connection into this service, we support multiple Application Programming Interfaces (API's) including a secure web interface which provides access for the following services:

• Database Cleansing
• Running a real-time look-up to validate a mobile telephone number prior to sending an SMS
• Finding the current network for billing purposes when sending Premium Rate (Reverse Billed) SMS
