Services - NQuire Confirm

NQuire recognises that there is a significant requirement for an historic tool for checking and reconciling received billing data against existing tariff information. NQuire Confirm has been developed for those customers who do not have the need, or the network service infrastructures to obtain the mobile number information on a real-time investigative basis, but nevertheless, require the benefits of the solution for cross network call confirmation, billing reconciliation and database referencing. NQuire Confirm is a prepaid, fully integrated and secure web based product, accessed using standard web browsers. It provides the user with a simple tool for uploading and downloading mobile telephone number information for analysis, independent of any special types of infrastructure or connectivity methods. For more advanced applications, and where customers have set up an on-line account with NQuire, they can upload files directly onto the NQuire Mobile Number Look-up servers using NQuire's Web Based processing tool.

Once the file containing the mobile numbers have been uploaded, the service will automatically process the numbers and return them to the user account with up to date and accurate network information for all numbers processed and in the time scale specified by the customer when uploading the numbers for checking. Customers can opt to have the numbers returned in "Real Time" (maximum of 25 numbers per upload) or in background mode where the number is unlimited. If background mode is chosen as the preferred method, the customer will receive an email when the numbers are ready for collection from their web web-based account.

NQuire Confirm is suitable for any type of organisation large or small, that has a requirement to check the accuracy of billing data related to the fixed to mobile portion of their telecomms bill or requires up to the minute information regarding the terminating network for large volumes of mobile telephone numbers. The ease of use of the application and its immediate availability via standard web browsers makes it an ideal tool for analysts and service providers alike.
