Services - NQuire Hosted

NQuire Hosted is designed for those customers with a real time mobile number look-up requirement who prefer to use VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) connectivity instead of traditional switched circuit TDM (Time Division Multiplex) network infrastructures. Typically such customers would have previously relied on database look-ups in an attempt to correctly route calls to mobile numbers.

This is a fully hosted solution that does not require any further equipment to be installed at the customer site location. NQuire will provide a fully redundant customer dedicated element that benefits from 24 x 7 support and fully protected power supplies.

Operationally the NQuire Hosted interface acts as a secondary Gatekeeper. A call transiting the customer’s VoIP switch destined for termination on a mobile network is passed to the NQuire Hosted Web Interface by the Gatekeeper. On receipt the interface extracts the mobile telephone number and sends it to the NQuire Cross Net servers for interrogation. On completion of the interrogation process the amended mobile number information with the appropriate routing information is passed back to the customer equipment for onward routing.

If the customer has the ability to write applications onto their VoIP equipment, NQuire can, under strict Non Disclosure Agreements, provide protocols and structures that will enable the customers equipment to connect directly into the NQuire servers.

NQuire Hosted is simply implemented by providing a connection via any existing telecommunications network capable of delivering IP bandwidth (broadband, xDSL, private circuits etc.) from the customers’ IT systems directly into NQuire’s cross network servers.
